This is a full-time remote role for an Accredited Snagging Surveyor. The role involves conducting detailed snagging surveys, diagnosing property defects, preparing thorough reports, and providing expert advice to clients. We have developed a structured process and an app-based reporting tool to assist you in completing the majority of the report on-site and delivering a high quality service to clients every time.

The snagging industry is booming and Knott Brothers are growing quickly upon this demand. We have an excellent online presence and Trustpilot rating. We work hard to look after our surveyors; our office will manage the client booking, communication, survey scheduling and diary management for you, so that you can focus on undertaking surveys and generating reports.

We are seeking candidates with a confident and professional attitude, and a thirst for learning and improving. You should also be comfortable with travel, technology, and in-person communication.

Knott Brothers Limited is an SME surveyor owned and operated by Craig Wilson and Adam Warren. Everyone in our company is individually qualified and accredited by RICS and/or RPSA. While we do provide both RICS Home Surveys and Accredited Snagging Surveys, it is the snagging sector that is driving the rapid growth of our company. We have a background in developing new-build houses ourselves, and we have worked hard to have an influential position within the industry bodies that are professionalising the snagging industry.
